What does iPicture mean?
We are so glad you asked! "iPicture" is a play on the word aperture. Say that 10 times fast. Why is this important? We are actual photographers. We do not just set-up your booth and hope the camera settings will figure themselves out. We actually adjust the lighting on-site at EVERY event. How do I reserve the photo booth?
Call us at 919-480-1386 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check the availability of your date. We cannot stress this step enough. Dates fill up fast. Remember there are only four weekends in a month. We require a $200.00 retainers fee and signed rental agreement to reserve your date for your photo booth rental. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event. Please note: Your date is not reserved until the retainers fee and agreement is received.
Can payments be made on the photo booth?
Darn right! Once you have submitted your retainer and signed rental agreement you can submit payments at any time. Pay a little or a lot, its completely up to you. We aim to please.
How much time do you need to set-up the photo booth?
We require 1 1/2 hour to set up prior to your event. We do not charge for set-up or break down time.
How many people can fit in iPicture Booth at one time?
Up to 12 people can fit in iPicture Booth comfortably. Our photo booths are spacious. How spacious you ask? You can fit a queen size mattress inside our booth. Visit our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/ipicturebooth and see for yourself. Seeing is believing!
What are the electrical requirements for the booth?
iPicture Booth requires a standard electrical outlet. We only ask that we not share the outlet with any other device like DJ equipment, stereos, bounce houses, etc. Pretty please with mustaches on top!
Will pictures be available after the event for viewing?
Absolutely! Your pictures will be uploaded to an online gallery for you to view. We will send you an email once they are uploaded. You may request a password protected gallery, if you choose. Your online gallery will typically expire a few months after your event.
Is there a limit to the number of photos that can be taken in the booth?
You will have unlimited access to the booth for the allotted rental time.
When will I receive my DVD for the video booth rental?
Your event DVD will be mailed to you within 3-5 business days following the event.
Will someone from iPicture Booth be at my event?
You better believe it! Two of our attendants will be on-site to welcome your guest in the booth. They will assist with scrap-booking, props, and delivery of photo strips. We believe in A+ customer service. Don't believe us? Read our reviews. #SCORE
Do you set-up at outdoor events?
Unfortunately, we do not offer our services at outdoor events due to the uncertainty of weather and the effect on our equipment.
